2. Digital Products, Streaming, and Payments

Payments: All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. CramTrax does not store or process credit card or banking information.

Age and Authorization Requirement: By completing a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the payment method.

Digital Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email after successful payment. Streaming access may be provided through third-party platforms operating under their own terms.

A transaction is considered completed once delivery or access is made available.

3. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Digital Goods: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except in cases of verified technical defects.

Physical Merchandise (If Applicable): Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access to CramTrax products and services. Please contact us before initiating a dispute.

4. No Guarantees or Academic Warranties

Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” CramTrax does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, test scores, or exam results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CramTrax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CramTrax in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
